Best OnlyFans Agencies in the USA (2026): Verified Ranking

Eight agencies serving US creators, compared on five facts that anyone can check on each agency's own website. No opinions, no "quality" scores, and "Not published" wherever a fact does not exist.

Verified on the agencies' websites: August 26, 2026Next scheduled review: November 2026Method: public, five criteria

The ranking at a glance

Short answer: of the seven US-market agencies verified on August 26, 2026, zero publish their commission, zero show their terms before a sales call, and one publishes a registered legal entity (TDM Management, a UK company). Empire Management, which belongs to the same group as this site, is the only agency in the table that publishes all five facts and ranks first under the public methodology.

Publisher's note: Empire Management belongs to the same group as this publication. Scores follow the public methodology. Its row is highlighted so the relationship is visible where the data is.

Score = number of the five criteria met, verified on each agency's own website on August 26, 2026: (1) a commission figure published; (2) a verifiable legal entity, meaning a registered company name or company number (an address alone does not count); (3) terms readable before the call; (4) a detailed service scope; (5) verifiable size signals (figures an agency reports about itself do not count). The table runs from highest to lowest score; ties are listed alphabetically. Every agency in this table meets criterion 4.

"Not published" means the fact does not appear anywhere on the agency's website. It does not mean the fact is false. Quoted phrases are the agency's own words. Self-reported figures are the agency's statements about itself, which we could not verify independently.

What Empire Management puts in writing

Of the agencies in this table, Empire is the only one that publishes both its commission and its terms before the call (table verified in August 2026). This is what those terms say:

  • Registered company. Panther Management Group S.A.S. de C.V., incorporated in Mexico in August 2026 and entered in the Public Registry of Commerce (folio N-2026067357); tax ID RFC PMG2608209C5, verifiable with Mexico's tax authority (SAT). Operating since 2023; founder Alejandro Triana (LinkedIn).
  • Your money stays yours. OnlyFans pays you directly into your own account; Empire never receives or holds your earnings. You pay the commission (30/25/20% of what you net after OnlyFans' 20%) after a monthly report, only on money OnlyFans has actually released.
  • Contract and exit. Three months, renewing automatically; either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, with no charge, penalty or exit fee. Exclusivity applies only while the contract runs.
  • When it ends. Within 5 days you get back every login, password, email, support account and file; Empire loses all access and confirms in writing that your content was deleted.
  • Who runs your chat. A remote team in Latin America, coordinated from Mexico City. Every chatter signs an NDA and may never arrange meetings, reveal your personal data, take payments outside OnlyFans, keep chatting with anyone who is or seems underage, or make commitments in your name.
  • If a chatter crosses the line. Removed from your account immediately; you are told within 24 hours, with the conversation log, and the contract's termination and damages clause applies.
  • AI. Tools suggest replies, but a person reviews and sends every message. Your image or voice is only replicated with your signed authorization.
  • Leaks. The team searches for your leaked content and files DMCA takedown notices manually.
  • Size. "Over 60 creators managed since 2023" and "24 active talents" today, as its website states. On the call you are shown real results, without names, under confidentiality.

What the numbers say about the US market

Short answer: the seven agencies are consistent with each other. All seven describe a revenue-share model without a number, all seven bring the contract in only after a call, and six of seven publish no registered entity.
0 of 7
US-market agencies publish their commission figure
0 of 7
make their terms readable before a sales call
1 of 7
publishes a registered legal entity with a company number (a UK company)
1 of 7
publishes a US street address (Miami, FL)

Three of the seven describe themselves on their own websites as the best, the world's leading, or the #1 agency. At most one of those statements can be true, and none is accompanied by published evidence. That is the reason this ranking counts publishable facts rather than adjectives.

Every one of the seven publishes a detailed list of services, and every one runs a blog and an FAQ. Where they differ is in the facts a creator would need before signing: what she will pay, who she is signing with, and what the contract says. One more source we reviewed: the Supercreator directory

Short answer: Supercreator's agency directory is a useful place to discover agencies, but it is not a ranking, and a listing there is not a recommendation.

supercreator.app/agencies is a directory run by Supercreator, a software company for creators, which describes it as "The Only OnlyFans Agency Directory for Creators". Any agency can submit the "Add Agency" form; the Supercreator team states it verifies before adding. The cost of inclusion, if any, is not published. Each listing shows the agency's name, location, description, services and an optional verification badge, and the directory states that Supercreator does not endorse any agency. Twelve agencies were visible with pagination on August 26, 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Which OnlyFans agencies in the USA publish their commission rate?

Of the seven US-market agencies verified on August 26, 2026 (Teasy Agency, TDM Management, Red Fox Agency, Model Starz Management, Creators Inc, AROA Agency and Bunny Agency), none publishes a commission figure on its website. All describe a revenue-share or commission-based model without a number. Empire Management, which belongs to the same group as this publication, publishes 30/25/20% on net earnings by monthly tier.

Which US OnlyFans agencies publish a verifiable legal entity?

One of the seven publishes a registered company with a company number: TDM Management (TOPDRAWERMANAGEMENT LTD, UK company number 13816810), which is a United Kingdom company. Bunny Agency shows the name "Bunny Agency LLC" in its footer without an address or registration. AROA Agency publishes a Miami street address but no legal entity. The other four publish neither.

Do any US OnlyFans agencies show their contract terms before a sales call?

None of the seven US-market agencies verified in August 2026 makes its terms readable on its website before a call. Some advertise contract features such as "month-to-month contracts" or "exit-anytime contracts" without showing the document. Empire Management publishes its terms on its own website.

Is this ranking independent?

No, and we say so on the page. OF Agency Radar is an editorial project of Panther Management Group, the company behind Empire Management, which appears in the ranking. That is why the methodology is public, every data point can be verified on each agency's own website, and no payment is accepted for placement. See About & disclosure.
