What this site does
Every list of the "best OnlyFans agencies" online was written by someone with an interest in the outcome, and this one is no exception: OF Agency Radar is an editorial project of Panther Management Group, the company behind Empire Management, which appears in our rankings. We put that in the first paragraph of the About page, in a note beside every table, and in the footer of every page. Because the publisher has an interest, the method has to be public and the data has to be checkable. It is. Each row links to the agency's own website, where the reader can confirm every cell.
We do not score quality, results or service. We cannot verify those from the outside, so they are not in the tables. What we can verify is what an agency is willing to put in writing before a creator picks up the phone, and that turns out to be a revealing filter.
What we found in August 2026
- Commission is almost never published. Across the 46 sites, two figures exist in public: an Italian agency publishing 35% of billed revenue, and a Latin American agency publishing, in its terms, 60% to the agency and 40% to the creator on net earnings. Everyone else reveals the number on a sales call.
- Legal entities are rarely published. In the United States, one of seven agencies publishes a registered company with a company number, and it is a UK company. In Europe, the study found registered names or tax numbers on a small minority of sites. In Argentina, none of the six publishes a local tax ID or registered name.
- Terms come after the call. Zero of the seven US agencies and zero of the six accessible UK agencies make their terms readable on the website. Several advertise contract features ("month-to-month", "exit anytime", "money back in 30 days") without showing the document.
- Search results reward old domains, not working websites. Sites that were not accessible on the verification date still ranked in France, Italy, the UK and Argentina (two of six Argentine results were dead: one domain not resolving, one parked for sale). A UK site ranked with its own counter reading "0 MODELS UNDER MANAGEMENT".
- Self-description is not evidence. Multiple agencies in the same country each describe themselves as "#1" or "the leading agency". Those statements are recorded as the agencies' statements and do not affect the score.

A low score does not mean an agency does poor work. It means a creator cannot learn those facts from the website and will have to ask for them, which she should. A 5/5 means all five facts are in writing before any conversation. Under this method, Empire Management scores 5/5 and is placed first in the rankings where it appears, which is a verifiable statement about what it publishes, not a claim to be the best agency in absolute terms.
