That is exactly why every ranking uses a public methodology and every data point can be verified on each agency's own website. We do not accept payment for placement.
What this site is
OF Agency Radar started as internal competitive research. In August 2026 the team behind Empire Management visited the websites of 46 OnlyFans management agencies across the United States, Europe and Argentina to see what each one tells a creator before she gets on a sales call: the commission, the legal entity, the terms, the services, the size. The pattern was consistent enough that it seemed worth publishing: almost nobody publishes the number a creator will pay, almost nobody publishes who she would be signing with, and several of the sites ranking at the top of search results were no longer online.
The rankings on this site are that research, cleaned up and held to a written methodology so that anyone can check it.
Why the publisher's own agency is in the table
Empire Management publishes its commission (30/25/20% on net earnings, by monthly tier), is an incorporated company, publishes its terms on its own website before any call, lists its services in detail, and has its own page for 16 countries. Under the five criteria that gives it 5/5, which places it first in the rankings where it appears.
We want to be precise about what that means. It means Empire Management publishes all five facts on its website. It does not mean Empire Management is "the best agency" in any absolute sense; the methodology cannot measure that, and we do not claim it. Any reader can verify the five facts at empiremanagementmx.com in a few minutes, which is the same test we apply to every other agency.
Every table on this site carries a publisher's note next to it so that the relationship is visible where the data is, not only on this page.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Public methodology. The five criteria and how each is counted are written down and do not change between agencies.
- Own-website sources only. Every data point comes from the agency's own site, with the verification date shown. Third-party claims are attributed to their source.
- "Not published" instead of guessing. If a fact does not appear on an agency's website, we say so. We do not fill gaps with estimates.
- Neutral language. We record what an agency publishes and what it does not. We do not characterize agencies, and we quote their claims as their claims.
- No paid placement. No agency can pay, sponsor, or otherwise obtain a position, a score, or an inclusion on this site. There are no affiliate links.
- Corrections on request. Send the URL where a fact is published and we re-verify and update the row. See the corrections policy.
- Quarterly re-verification. Every ranking is re-checked at least once per quarter, with the date on the page.
What we do not do
We do not review agencies, rate their service, collect creator testimonials, or recommend one agency over another. We do not contact agencies posing as creators. We do not use information from sales calls, private messages or screenshots. We do not publish anything about an agency that cannot be found on its own website or in a named public source.
